Nashik athletes were success at Vaijag. I think next Mumbai
marathon race, the organisers must try to get 10 runners @ 2 per
district from 5 districts from among Paradhi community, the names
to be recommended by collectors. This community largely in Pune,
Nashik, Dhule, Solapur, Beed, Usmanabad, Satara, Sangli . all requested to help out as a mission.
Running marathon in olympics is something great, no doubt about it. As a sport and competation it is O.K. But what about thousands of people running on the road knowing fully well that all of them can not win the race. what is the point in such activities. do you think they are worth?
