सरकार भंडारण सडा लाखों टन अनाज

जब सरकार के पास भंडारण की व्यवस्था ही नहीं है तो सर्दी/गर्मी/बरसात में सड़ाने के लिए लाखों टन अनाज क्यों खरीदती है सरकार? किसके लिए खरीदती है? क्या इसका एक दाना भी करीब तक पहुँचता है?
उत्तर --
विनोदजी, क्या आप वाकई अनजान हैं कि यह सडा (या कभी कभी भविष्यमें सडनेवाला अनाज) सरकार औने-पौऩे दामोंमें बियर कंपनियोंको बेचती है और वे कंपनियाँ मुनाफा कमाते हुए यदि सरकारपर दयालु हो गईं तो एक्साइज टॅक्स भी भर देती है। इस प्रकार एक ओर एक्साइजसे सरकारी तिजोरी भरना, दूसरी ओर शराब कंपनियोंकी मित्रता (और बेनामी शेयरहोल्डिंग भी) तीसरी ओर इलेक्शनके फंडिंगकी व्यवस्था । इसे उजागर करना हो और रोकना हो तो शुरुआत करेंगे एफसीआयके १० चुने हुए गोदामोंसे -- कि पिछले पांच वर्षोंमें उनका कुल टर्न ओव्हर, मुनाफा या घाटा क्या रहा, कितना अनाज राइट-ऑफ हुआ या सस्ते दामोंमें गैर-खाद्य उपयोगके लिये भेजा गया। उस दौरान वहाँका मुख्य व्यवस्थापक कौन था । जाननेके हकके माध्यमसे यह जानकारी लें और नियोजित ढंगसे लोगोंके सम्मुख लायें तो ये कारनामे कम कराये जा सकेंगे।

Najeeb Khan shame for those concerned,billions do not have food two times a day,they due to irresponsibility and corruption to make up the losses on stocks let it lie intentionally.this helps in manipulating the corrupt practices.

there is no political will and policies to curb this wastage. it is a pity even those who load and unload do not care as they are worried about their wages, politicians and traders nexus are worried about lining their pockets with gold.

My view is different, they are doing it purposely so that once it is get damaged they can ( Maharashtra Winery owner, relatives of our politician of all parties) buy it on very cheap or free of cost and fed their wine factory and spirit producing firms . Govt something pay money to contractor to remove this from go- down. Maharashtra Ministers are not that much fool.. they are doing it purposely and there are maximum number of wineries in Maharashtra. This is my view and same thing I come to know about while travelling from Nasik to Mumbai with one business man who is associated with such business. Names behind are big shot peoples from Baramati, Nasik, Sangli, Jalgaon,,, etc etc..!!
